Service requests and quotations

Sending a service request or a message does not create a contract. Services, prices, timelines, deliverables and payment terms are agreed with each client in writing before work begins.

Third-party charges

Some services need third-party products that are charged separately, such as domain names, hosting, advertising budgets and platform fees. These are not included in TEAN TECH's service fees unless the agreement says so.

No guaranteed results

We work carefully, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, traffic levels or sales.

Portfolio and external links

Websites shown in the portfolio were designed and developed by TEAN TECH for their respective owners. TEAN TECH does not own those businesses. Their content is managed by the owners and may change. We are not responsible for the content of external websites.

Intellectual property

The TEAN TECH name, logo and website content belong to TEAN TECH. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set out in the agreement for that project.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, TEAN TECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
